Step 1
Download the required files (SP flash tool, Vcom drivers, TWRP recovery for Infinix Note 3 & 3 Pro) via links above.
Step 2
Extract TWRP recovery.zip files to PC desktop for easy accessing.
Step 3
Make sure you’ve installed SP Flash Tool.exe file on your PC, also follow links to see how to download and install vcom or CDC drivers on your PC.
Step 4
Open and run SP Flashtool on PC,
Step 5
Click on scatter-loading at top the right corner of SP flash, locate Infinix note 3 or 3 Pro extracted TWRP recovery image folder on PC desktop and select the scatter.txt.
Step 6
Untick all other options on SP flash tool except Recovery.
Step 7
Enable USB debugging on your Infinix note 3 or Note 3 Pro Android device. Here’s how; Goto Settings » Navigate to Developer Options and check the box behind USB Debugging. (If your can’t see developer option, goto About phone » Tap on build number about 7 times consecutively, it will unlock developer options)
Step 8
Turn off your Infinix Note 3 or Note 3 Pro, click on Download at the top left corner of SP flash tool and quickly connect the device to your PC via USB cable.

Porting/installation of TWRP recovery on infinix Note 3 & 3 Pro will start, and a Green button will appear once the process have completed. Next is to unplug your phone from PC, TWRP must have been successfully installed.
